Chuck is an award-winning Architect and Principal, who recently joined Teeple Architects, with a focus on large project delivery and firm management. With over 30 years of experience focusing on Civic and Transportation projects, he has overseen the execution of numerous multi-use facilities through P3, Design-Bid-Build and Design Build delivery methods. Currently Chuck is managing the Architect of Record contract as the lead architect for a 2,000,000 sq ft research and design facility for a major auto manufacture in Detroit, Michigan. The work he oversees is supported by a professional knowledge of project delivery and construction methods, as well unique expertise in complex project management and business practices.
