This project is located on a unique street in Toronto’s entertainment district and will incorporate the adaptive reuse of three historic buildings dating from the early years of Toronto’s history. Building up out of retained heritage facades, the 45-storey building includes a hotel, the flagship Nobu restaurant, a spa, and private residences.

The most significant heritage component is the original Pilkington Glass building, which served as the company’s Canadian headquarters in the early 20th Century. The residential towers will feature 660 residential units, the hotel will provide 36 boutique suites, while the flagship Nobu restaurant will use approximately 15,000 sq ft of the podium structure. The streetscape will be designed to encourage a renewed pedestrian environment.
