This project involves the renovation of multiple floors of an office building in Toronto’s financial district. The intention of the project is to create a single spatial arrangement that accommodates growth for this rapidly expanding organization while maintaining a strong sense of identity for the organization.

Naturally lit glass volumes containing groups of enclosed offices are positioned around the building perimeter in a manner that defines studios of open workspace in the centre. The composition creates work stations that are scaled for smaller groups of people to work both individually and collaboratively.
